Hella is an educator and the founder of Beacon of Hope, a women-led initiative supporting Afghan girls through accessible learning opportunities. With experience in teaching, leadership, and youth development, she has helped build a growing community of more than 120 learners. Her work is driven by a belief in every girl’s right to learn, lead, and create change.
